Supply Account Manager – Chinese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned customers.

• Collaborate with various departments within HyperGuest to facilitate seamless operations.

• Implement necessary actions to ensure robust customer relationships and performance.

• Regularly assess and enhance sales performance based on volume, revenue, and contract values.

• Maintain ongoing communication with accounts to strengthen connections and uncover sales opportunities.

• Manage contracts between travel partners and hotels.

• Address escalated customer service inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in the travel or travel-tech sector, hotel online distribution, or revenue management.

• At least 4 years of experience in hotel online distribution or revenue management.

• Proficiency in sales support and marketing strategies.

• Highly proactive with a creative and analytical mindset.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Strong commitment to achieving and surpassing targets.

• Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Slides, and Hangouts).

• Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.

• Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in other major languages is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Effective team player.

• Proficiency in Chinese is essential.
