Supply Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients

• Collaborate with various departments within HyperGuest to ensure seamless operations

• Implement all required actions to ensure optimal customer relations and performance

• Regularly assess and enhance sales performance based on volume, revenue, and contract values

• Maintain continuous communication with accounts to strengthen connections and uncover sales opportunities

• Facilitate agreements between travel partners and hotels

• Address escalated customer service inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in the travel or travel-tech sector, hotel online distribution, or revenue management

• At least 4 years of experience in hotel online distribution or revenue management

• Familiarity with sales support and marketing principles

• Highly proactive with a creative and analytical mindset

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Strong drive to meet and surpass targets

• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Slides, and Hangouts)

• Knowledge of MS Excel and other office software

• Proficient in English; additional major languages are a plus

• Strong analytical skills

• Exceptional communication abilities
