This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Drive sales to achieve client satisfaction: Market and sell Pitney Bowes Postage Meters along with office, mailing, and shipping consumable supplies to our established business clientele through high-volume outbound calls.
• Address objections effectively by highlighting product advantages, current promotions, and the unique value proposition of the company.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere: Engage in team-building activities or mentorship programs annually.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address errors and manage client escalations.
• Regularly meet monthly sales targets and uphold productivity key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize software systems to accurately document transactions and generate invoices.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Demonstrated core sales abilities, including resilience, objection handling, and closing sales.
• Intermediate proficiency in PC skills, with the capability to operate multiple screens simultaneously.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer as well as internet troubleshooting.
• A home office/desk setup with reliable high-speed internet service.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time.
