Supplier Quality Manager – Airfoils

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) functions, concentrating on supplier qualification, monitoring, process capability, and problem resolution for the Airfoils commodity.

• Supervise supplier performance, including the initiation of formal Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as necessary.

• Take responsibility for achieving functional, business, and company-wide goals.

• Propel Supplier Quality initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the SQE team.

• Lead efforts in root-cause analysis to decrease the Cost of Poor Quality and mitigate global defect rates.

• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, product line, and commercial teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Sourcing and Supplier Quality Engineering.

• Educational qualifications equivalent to a Master’s degree, or a high school diploma supplemented by relevant experience.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory (for roles in France and Poland).

• Knowledge of a second local language is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential (for positions in India).
