Supplier Quality Manager – Airfoils

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) operations, concentrating on supplier qualification, surveillance, process capability, and issue resolution for the Airfoils commodity.

• Administer supplier performance, including the initiation of formal Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.

• Take responsibility for achieving functional, business, and company-wide goals.

• Propel Supplier Quality initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the SQE team continuously.

• Lead efforts in root-cause analysis to minimize Cost of Poor Quality and global defect rates.

• Work in close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, product line, and commercial teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Sourcing and Supplier Quality Engineering.

• Educational qualifications equivalent to a Master’s degree, or a high school diploma coupled with relevant experience.

• Proficiency in English is essential (for roles based in France and Poland).

• Knowledge of a second local language is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required (for roles in India).
