📋 Description

• Assess and evaluate the performance of suppliers.

• Identify improvement opportunities and formulate corrective action plans.

• Conduct audits of suppliers and lead problem-solving initiatives.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to address risks.

• Promote a “Zero Defect” culture among the supply base.

• Review and analyze technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.

• Operate independently and manage task prioritization effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4+ years of relevant experience or 6-8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

• Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A change agent focused on Continuous Improvement.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, along with a working knowledge of GD&T.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with 8D/RCCA methodologies.

• Solid technical expertise in a specific commodity area.
