This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversight of supplier performance, primarily through on-site visits, utilization of the OASIS certification program, and engagement with supplier portals/SharePoint.
• Efforts focused on improvements and risk reduction with high-risk suppliers by issuing corrective action requests, conducting QMS/product evaluations or audits, data analysis, training, and/or other continuous improvement activities.
• Daily support on quality and production-related issues.
• Analysis and recommendations concerning quality data, along with the development of part/supplier-specific solutions for quality issues and corrective actions.
• Assisting in the development of corrective actions in response to systemic issues in processes and product designs provided by suppliers.
• Bachelor's degree (engineering) in mechanical, aerospace, materials, or related fields.
• 2–8 years of experience in supplier quality, process engineering, or production engineering.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications (GD&T).
• Familiarity with AS9100, AS9145, APQP, PPAP, and specific processes.
• Experience in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Preferred experience in the aerospace industry, with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications, and familiarity with digital quality tools (e.g., NetInspect, RAM, EtQ).
• Stable employment with a well-established company in the domestic and international market.
