This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify bottlenecks and capacity limitations to formulate improvement and mitigation strategies aimed at enhancing timely delivery from suppliers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the overall vision, recognizing that improving operational efficiency is crucial for organizational business success.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of the products and the operational workflows at the suppliers you will collaborate with.
• Ability to seize opportunities to dismantle functional, operational, and logistical obstacles that hinder product delivery.
• Identify and address barriers to business objectives, particularly concerning the timely delivery of components.
• Drive tasks and projects to completion, which involves the collection of Leading Indicator (LI) data such as RM availability and orders, WIP tracking, quality notification resolutions, and sub-tier supplier monitoring.
• Manage multiple projects while engaging with various departments and levels of management concurrently.
• Oversee and support process improvement initiatives, prioritizing project tasks while catering to the needs of the CORE operating system.
• Apply project management methodologies and process improvement principles to ensure projects are executed as planned, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Gather insights and collaborate with Supplier Development Leaders to pinpoint new improvement initiatives.
• Actively participate in Commodity Days, EMMs, and SEMO (Supplier Executive Management Overviews), co-leading discussions alongside our customers and Supplier Development Leaders regarding the respective suppliers.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of your time within the Greater Tampa Bay, FL Area, spending 80% of your time on-site at suppliers and 20% working from your home office.
• A college degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of prior experience in delivery assurance, supply chain, or a related field; or an advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must reside in the Greater Tampa Bay, FL Area.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.
• Proven experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Quick learner who comprehends the core dynamics and can swiftly adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong relationship builder with peers and external partners to facilitate enhanced performance.
• Open to considering others' ideas, analyzing them, and turning innovations into reality.
• Flexible, enthusiastic self-starter.
• Proficient in SAP and Qlik/Power BI.
