Supplier Performance Specialist – 3rd Party Supplier Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operational tasks with TPSM service providers to ensure Delivery Assurance.

• Guarantee precise and timely acknowledgments of purchase orders, updates on schedules, and commitments for delivery.

• Facilitate the resolution of issues and make certain that TPSM providers carry out effective root-cause analyses and corrective measures.

• Keep accurate records in OSC Life and other internal tracking systems.

• Conduct regular reviews with TPSM providers and internal stakeholders to discuss priorities and potential risks.

• Monitor the status of parts and materials against MRP and escalate any impacts to schedules as necessary.

• Coordinate communication across functions with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Program teams.

• Track supplier performance metrics and assist in ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to Delivery Assurance processes, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

• Communicate effectively in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related area with at least 3 years of experience.

• Relevant experience should include roles in procurement, supplier management, contracts, purchasing, or data management.

• Background in program or project management focused on issue resolution.

• Familiarity with SAP or other Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
