This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Accountable for the comprehensive management and reporting of supplier performance to align with the prime contract's technical, financial, and performance requirements, as well as Raytheon's business goals.
• Oversees the overall performance of Subcontractors, including Cost, Schedule, Technical, Quality, and Delivery for all Line Items specified in the Purchase Order.
• Provides program/IPTs with a clear view of the Subcontractor’s ongoing performance in collaboration with the SIPT.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for the Subcontractor’s Program Manager and Leadership.
• Maintains the relationship with the subcontractor.
• Manages the Subcontractor management process, addressing performance, SC metrics, international issues, and ensuring customer flow-through requirements are effectively met.
• Collaborates with the SCM (Subcontract Manager) to document discussions, interpretations, and agreements.
• Fosters a positive team culture and ensures the team fulfills all commitments to stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing risks and opportunities for Subcontract Partners.
• Leads the coordination and review of supplier SOWs to ensure program objectives are achieved and subcontract performance requirements along with exit criteria are distinctly outlined.
• Assists the MPM in developing, monitoring, and communicating Material Forecasts (AOP) and funding requirements for the Subcontract efforts.
• Oversees the change control process, communicating changes that affect the subcontractor, while negotiating and formally documenting these changes with the SCM.
• Takes charge of on-site sourcing activities to prepare suppliers to be 'Raytheon Ready' in support of both Direct and Indirect projects, fulfilling Localization obligations.
• Effectively collaborates with the PMO and Supplier IPT to meet Customer and program requirements, as well as to work in coordination with the Supplier Management team.
• Engages with the team to conduct a Supplier Gap Analysis and leads the successful resolution of all identified items.
• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Proven experience in successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams at Supplier Sites (international preferred, domestic considered) with limited oversight, and leading collaborative teams in tactical and strategic discussions to achieve results and eliminate obstacles.
• Familiarity with Master phasing schedules and Integrated Master Schedules, along with experience in Export/Import requirements and licensing.
• U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is mandatory. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
