Supplier Marketing Manager – E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• **Trade Marketing:**

• Promotional Strategy: Developing, planning, and implementing the B2B promotional calendar across annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly timelines.

• Managing Campaigns with Suppliers: Negotiating promotional campaign terms, marketing budgets, exclusive offers, and more with suppliers.

• Supplier Activation: Maintaining regular contact with suppliers (weekly engagement) to foster relationships that encourage their active promotion within the Booksy Store.

• Commercial Moments: Identifying and creating pivotal opportunities to boost sales through seasonality, product category insights, or special offers (e.g., Black Friday, Valentine's Day).

• Ongoing trade activation: Actively recommending products with high sell-out potential and driving sell-out using trade marketing and merchandising tools.

• **E-Merchandising:**

• Visual Display: Overseeing the visual presentation of products in the store, including managing banners, brand positioning on lists, and cross-selling efforts.

• Purchasing Path: Ensuring a seamless and appealing purchasing journey during marketing campaigns: Home Page (HP) → Product Listing Page (PLP) → Product Detail Page (PDP).

• **Results Analysis:**

• Monitoring and Reporting: Evaluating the success of executed campaigns, analyzing the sell-out performance of advertised products, and examining purchasing behavior trends.

• Optimization: Continuously refining future initiatives based on insights gained from completed campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

• To excel in this role, you will need…

• 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or B2B partner marketing, preferably from an e-commerce or marketplace background.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating campaigns, budgets, and exclusive offers with suppliers or brands.

• Proficiency in creating and managing promotional calendars and commercial moments.

• Commercial instinct - capacity to proactively identify and activate products with a high sell-out potential.

• A data-driven mindset for analyzing sell-out outcomes and campaign effectiveness.

• Fluency in Polish and English.

• Additionally, it would be beneficial to have…

• Professional experience or a genuine passion for the beauty/cosmetics sector.

• Practical experience with visual merchandising tools and managing purchasing paths (HP → LP → PDP).

• Exceptional relationship-building abilities and the determination to drive execution, effectively navigating complex partnerships and engaging suppliers, even when extensive enablement or follow-up is necessary.

• A proactive approach with the capability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
