Supplier Manager, Third Party Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution and implementation of the sourcing strategy for designated commodities and/or products.

• Ensure a consistent product supply and maintain ongoing cross-functional collaboration.

• Achieve annual enhancements in total cost, quality, and service.

• Facilitate the development of robust business systems to manage supplier relationships.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations pertaining to managed products.

• Advocate for annual productivity enhancements while seeking continuous quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing or operations, or a similar role within the Pharma or Medical Device sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or business field.

• Familiarity with quality systems and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

• Experience in managing third-party vendor manufacturing.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment at all organizational levels.

• Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
