This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Create and implement strategies to attract new partners; identify potential suppliers and ensure their transition into long-term, reliable business partners within the system.
• Locate manufacturing partners that align with the company's targeted technologies, quality benchmarks, and delivery performance; perform on-site assessments and integration activities.
• Broaden the partner network with entities possessing various manufacturing technologies and capabilities through fieldwork, trade shows, events, and business development initiatives.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams (sales, projects, operations, etc.) to determine needed manufacturing competencies and secure suitable partners.
• Guarantee partner sustainability and enduring engagement through development plans and consistent follow-up.
• Review and assess newly registered accounts; oversee the onboarding and system integration processes for new partners.
• Manage partner relationships and address issues raised by partners promptly and effectively.
• Monitor partner quality, delivery performance, and overall ratings to boost customer satisfaction and continuously enhance the partner network.
• Track partner activity scores daily and take proactive measures to improve underperforming partners.
• Conduct field visits to strengthen relationships and enhance partner engagement and system adaptation.
• Analyze partner requirements and contribute to marketing and business development activities focused on partners.
• Coordinate with global Partner Network, Sales, and Operations teams (especially in Europe and the US) to ensure alignment and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Preferably a graduate from engineering or business administration fields.
• Knowledgeable about fundamental manufacturing technologies (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, etc.).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain and partner management, as well as supplier development in the manufacturing sector.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
• Capable of effectively managing negotiation processes.
• Able to establish strong communication with production partners.
• Organized and results-oriented in task execution.
