This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead the regional implementation and engagement based on the global supplier strategy.
• Cultivate influential relationships with key decision-makers at designated suppliers to enhance sales and increase market share through various programs and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Global Supplier Management team to transform the global supplier strategy into a regional strategy and business plan, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for the regional execution of the business and sales plan.
• Provide insights into regional market trends concerning customer needs and competition.
• Monitor and forecast performance metrics within the region.
• Work alongside the Global Supplier Management team to achieve regional annual objectives that propel the business forward.
• Set up appropriate performance review processes for branches and territories, both internally and externally with suppliers, to implement strategic initiatives.
• Implement go-to-market strategies focused on key technologies and segments, aligning regional investments to provide support.
• Address and resolve escalations from suppliers and the Arrow organization.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related engineering field.
• Experience in business development.
• Familiarity with the Semiconductor product portfolio.
• Demonstrated success in Semiconductor marketing, with global experience highly preferred.
• Proven history of driving revenue growth by optimizing sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Successful track record in developing and nurturing relationships with partners.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Established relationships that are broad and deep within the industry.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing business analytics to generate actionable outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting to, interacting with, and influencing C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel 30% to 50%, varying by month and quarter.
