Supervisor, Workforce Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage daily scheduling processes, analyze real-time workload demands, and coordinate call routing to meet service level targets.

• Support the development of the Workforce Management team while providing exposure to industry advancements, skills, and standards.

• Collaborate with departmental schedulers and managers to ensure proper staffing levels and develop efficiency strategies.

• Develop enhancements to scheduling practices and create innovative business models.

• Identify new best practices to optimize staffing while complying with existing labor agreements and regulations.

• Balance the workloads of specialists between weekly scheduling and day-to-day operations.

• Ensure the Workforce Management team effectively completes daily scheduling tasks, including processing leave requests and managing call outs.

• Evaluate organizational staffing needs and identify requirements and solutions to achieve workforce objectives.

• Lead staffing review meetings with management and intraday analysts, discussing past and current performance as well as forecasts while identifying potential risks.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification; an Associate’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Management or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.

• Commitment to participating in, adhering to, and supporting compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently engage cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
