This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee, train, and guide the production scheduling team.
β’ Create, execute, and sustain comprehensive production schedules based on sales orders, inventory levels, and available resources.
β’ Work in conjunction with production, procurement, and logistics teams to guarantee the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel as required.
β’ Evaluate production schedules and workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement and apply strategies to boost efficiency and minimize downtime.
β’ Monitor production progress and modify schedules as needed to resolve any challenges.
β’ Compile and present reports on scheduling performance metrics.
β’ Tackle and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of prior experience in production scheduling or a comparable role, including at least 0-2 years in a leadership capacity.
β’ Extensive knowledge of production scheduling methodologies, inventory management, and resource allocation.
β’ Proficient in scheduling software and ERP systems.
