Supervisor, Project Manager – Food Supply Chain Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the daily operational implementation within Cureate's food supply chain network

• Managing communication channels, resolving fulfillment challenges, and ensuring that operational commitments are properly monitored

• Acting as the main operational point of contact across shared inboxes that support buyers, vendors, and internal teams

• Tracking active orders from confirmation through to successful delivery

• Supervising the operational execution of Cureate events from the planning phase to completion

• Assisting buyers and vendors during the onboarding procedure

• Maintaining operational workflows that support onboarding, fulfillment, and supply chain processes

• Providing well-organized daily updates with comprehensive operational context

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, customer service leadership, supply chain coordination, project management, or similar execution-oriented positions

• Capability to manage communication and expectations among buyers, vendors, and internal teams concurrently

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

• Established ability to independently resolve operational issues prior to escalation

• Exceptional attention to detail in documentation, order management, and system upkeep

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where priorities and situations frequently shift

• Strong action-driven mindset with the ability to make advancements without awaiting direction

• Capacity to stay organized, calm, and focused on solutions during operational difficulties
