This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the progression of projects aimed at enhancing health and human services outcomes.
• Manage one or more large project management teams as they work on technological initiatives.
• Oversee project planning, tracking, and supervision of assigned personnel.
• Engage with client, company, and project team leadership to convey project metrics.
• Develop project timelines, program specifications, budgets, and objectives.
• Actively manage projects involving non-direct reports, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Foster growth by preparing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) and aiding in new proposal initiatives.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience with Medicaid or Medicare is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Catalyst or PMP.
• Contemporary knowledge of budget development, oversight, and assurance techniques.
• Capability to lead and articulate broader objectives into specific project scope and milestones.
• Excellent skills in executive presentations.
• Persuasive communication regarding project priorities to stakeholders.
