AP Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for Burlington's business partners and external vendors.

• Manage incident escalations and deliver thorough support for Asset Protection Technology.

• Analyze technical drawings and create strategic action plans.

• Oversee a diverse array of Asset Protection and store development initiatives.

• Detect, investigate, and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Facilitate coordination between field teams and corporate partners regarding plans and timelines.

• Engage with store management to resolve any issues or concerns.

• Prepare and deliver written and verbal reports along with project updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field is preferred.

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a retail setting.

• Proven experience in Project Management.

• Knowledge of retail technology.

• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software challenges.

• Strong technical understanding of contemporary network hardware and standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
