This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Provide daily leadership and motivation to the team to meet established targets
• Facilitate coaching sessions and offer regular feedback
• Foster internal communication and collaboration both within the team and with other departments
• Execute internal and client-specific processes
• Adapt swiftly to changes
• A minimum of 6 months of professional experience as a customer advisor or in a similar capacity
• Previous supervisory experience in a call center is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers, colleagues, and team members
• Proficient in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
• Competent in using MS Office applications
