This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing team members and daily recovery activities.
• Accountable for driving the productivity of the recovery team and ensuring adherence to goals and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conducting outreach programs as necessary, collaborating with Providers and Networks upon request from team members and Management.
• Effectively partners with Management and teams to fulfill departmental requirements.
• Engages with the team to guarantee that all production objectives are clear, comprehensible, and achievable.
• Collaborates with Leadership to establish production targets as needed to align with departmental expectations.
• Provides coaching, feedback, and training to team members as directed by management.
• Occasionally assists in the development of Audit Concepts and reviews claims.
• Works alongside Healthcare Service’s leadership to ensure that designated areas are adequately staffed to meet recovery objectives.
• Aids in the creation and revision of team training materials as required.
• Contributes to the development or enhancement of operational and recovery procedures, policies, and tools.
• Informs Leadership of training deficiencies, staff development challenges, and other observations or opportunities that may necessitate training.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue cycle or Recovery is necessary.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Healthcare claims or revenue cycle management setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-paced production or call center environment.
• Some college education or training in medical terminology, billing, coding, or a medical billing/coding certificate is preferred.
• Extensive experience in provider outreach and communication is essential.
