Supervisor de mesas de juego

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Monitor and audit Roulette, Blackjack, and Poker games through recordings and video systems.

• Verify bets, payments, and prizes awarded by dealers.

• Recalculate amounts and ensure transactions are accurate.

• Identify potential fraud, operational errors, or inappropriate agreements between clients and dealers.

• Oversee compliance with procedures by dealers and table supervisors.

• Recognize suspicious behaviors and report them promptly.

• Prepare basic reports on incidents and findings.

• Communicate critical situations to casino management.

• Ensure adherence to the rules of each game.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in casinos.

• Previous experience as: Dealer, Table Supervisor, Game Inspector, Casino Auditor.

• Strong knowledge of: Blackjack, Roulette, Poker.

• Excellent interpretation skills for bets, payments, and probabilities.

• Ability to detect inconsistencies and risky situations.

• Quick mental agility for performing fast calculations.

• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting.

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.

• English is a plus but not mandatory.
