This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main supervisor and first-point technical resource for corporate travel consultants.
β’ Set performance objectives for both individuals and the team.
β’ Develop and uphold systems to monitor and report on performance metrics and goal achievement.
β’ Serve as an on-site trainer and problem-solving resource for team members.
β’ Handle customer calls as necessary to ensure service continuity and quality.
β’ Oversee real-time Telephone Service Factors (TSF).
β’ Partner with the Client Development team to facilitate the implementation of new client service programs.
β’ Research and suggest cost-effective tools and resources to boost team performance.
β’ Create and oversee weekly/monthly work schedules.
β’ Collaborate with the Manager of Operations to evaluate individual team member strengths.
β’ Engage in ongoing professional development through mentorship and training programs.
β’ Offer coaching and developmental support to travel consultants.
β’ Document and manage records of interventions related to service delivery.
β’ 5 years of experience in Travel Account Management and over 3 years in a Supervisory role.
β’ Strong understanding of financial drivers within travel programs.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
