This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Provide clinical oversight and administrative supervision as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services within the 24/7/365 Contact Center.
• Mentor team members by offering timely guidance and constructive feedback.
• Aid in the development, evaluation, and revision of crisis services as well as clinical policies and procedures.
• Assess and monitor clinical and crisis key performance indicators.
• Conduct quality and compliance audits, ensuring effective feedback mechanisms for performance enhancement.
• Offer coaching and support to team leads to ensure efficient call center operations.
• Train newly appointed team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
• Integrate trauma-informed care practices into clinical supervision and policy frameworks.
• Partner with contact center leadership on service delivery, training, assessment, outcomes, clinical initiatives, new projects, and team growth.
• Execute rotating clinical on-call duties.
• Provide immediate staff support through clinical staffing, call monitoring, and responding to incoming crisis calls as necessary.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
• Master’s Degree in behavioral health or a related discipline.
• Active LMHP status with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, ideally in crisis intervention.
• Current Oklahoma Licensed Mental Health Professional.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the behavioral health sector.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in crisis intervention.
• Preferred 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and effective decision-making skills.
• Adaptive interpersonal style conducive to coaching others.
• Clear, concise, and logical verbal and written business communication skills.
• Proficient in effective planning and establishing actionable strategies.
• Capability to remain effective during significant changes in work tasks or surroundings.
• Ability to adapt efficiently to new processes.
• Proficient in building and sustaining collaborative relationships.
• Technical knowledge specific to healthcare, behavioral health, crisis services, and clinical standards of practice.
• Reliable private home internet connection with a minimum of 50Mbps download, 5Mbps upload, and an average jitter of less than 20% latency.
