Supervisor, Care Management RN – Administrative Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Leads and oversees the daily clinical and administrative functions of the care management team.

• Manages Care Management (CM) personnel, including nursing staff, social workers, patient care coordinators, and other non-clinical team members.

• Works collaboratively with both inpatient and outpatient clinicians and care teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• A minimum of 5 years in clinical nursing, with experience in acute care hospitals and/or ambulatory clinics.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in Case Management, which includes care management, care coordination, discharge planning, or population health is preferred.

• Requires 2 years of progressive supervisory experience (preferred).
