Supermarket Rack Refrigeration Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems for commercial and supermarket settings, which includes rack systems, walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, and self-contained equipment.

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to guarantee system reliability and performance.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision.

• Operate safely and adhere to all company and industry safety standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a 24/7 service environment, including participating in an on-call rotation.

• Work with various refrigerants while ensuring compliance with EPA and regulatory standards.

• Precisely document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Assist in additional service areas as business demands dictate.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC/refrigeration.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a capacity to work independently.

• Technical training obtained through an apprenticeship, trade school, RSES program, or equivalent practical experience.

• EPA Certification (mandatory).

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and a customer-centered approach.
