This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Electrical System Oversight: Supervising the installation of intricate electrical systems in manufactured buildings, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Identifying and resolving electrical issues, leveraging your extensive expertise to implement effective and durable solutions.
• Preventative Maintenance & Optimization: Creating and executing preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems to ensure long-term reliability and enhance performance.
• Code Compliance & Inspections: Verifying that all electrical work meets relevant codes and regulations, and conducting inspections to confirm adherence to standards.
• Blueprint Interpretation & Planning: Analyzing complex electrical schematics and blueprints, and formulating detailed plans for electrical projects.
• Mentorship & Training: Offering guidance and mentorship to fellow electricians, sharing your knowledge and contributing to their professional growth.
• Safety Leadership: Fostering a robust safety culture within the team, ensuring compliance with all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.
• Project Management: Overseeing electrical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Master Electrician License: A valid and current Master Electrician license is required.
• Extensive Electrical Experience: Significant experience as a Journeyman and Master Electrician, showcasing a thorough understanding of electrical systems and best practices.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in utilizing a diverse range of electrician tools, techniques, and testing equipment.
• Code Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of applicable electrical codes and regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train fellow electricians.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address complex electrical challenges.
• Safety Compliance: Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Physical Capabilities: Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions.
• Safety and Compliance: This role is classified as safety-sensitive and/or located in a safety-sensitive facility. Participation in a drug and alcohol program is mandatory. Must successfully pass a background check.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 100% depending on project requirements, including overnight stays.
