SuccessFactors Learning Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions.

• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, discovery sessions, and assessments of business processes.

• Configure and manage components such as: Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Assignments, Curricula Programs, Certifications, Learning Paths, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Online Learning Content, and Compliance Training.

• Provide support throughout all implementation phases, from design to go-live and hypercare.

• Evaluate existing learning and development processes and suggest enhancements.

• Counsel clients on employee development, training compliance, and workforce learning strategies.

• Work collaboratively with integration teams to facilitate connections with Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and external learning content providers.

• Create test scripts and assist with SIT, UAT, and comprehensive testing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

• Practical experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Learning & Development Processes, Training Administration, Compliance Training, Certifications & Qualifications, Employee Development Programs, and Learning Governance.

• Experience in supporting cloud HR transformation initiatives.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
