SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and discussions on solution design.

• Set up Employee Central modules including Core HR, Organizational Management, Position Management, Employee Data Management, Workforce Administration, Business Rules and Workflows, and Foundation Objects.

• Create and document future-state HR processes that align with SAP best practices.

• Evaluate existing HR processes and suggest improvements.

• Work in conjunction with integration teams to assist with interfaces between Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• Formulate and implement test scenarios, conduct system integration testing, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users and administrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Practical experience in configuring and implementing Employee Central solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of Employee Central Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, Organizational Management, and Employee Lifecycle Processes.

• Experience in supporting global HR transformation projects.

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Preferred: Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Familiarity with SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and middleware platforms.

• Understanding of Employee Central Payroll integration.

• Experience in consulting or as a System Integrator.
