This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of 40 late-stage startups, serving as the primary contact for their relationships while they are in the program.
• Maintain all records and systems for the portfolio.
• Conduct comprehensive marketing and sales evaluations with each startup, offering insights on messaging and positioning.
• Guide startups on market entry strategies utilizing the client's brand, channel, and ecosystem to facilitate their growth.
• Develop collaborative Go-To-Market plans aimed at generating leads, speeding up deal closures, and achieving designated targets and milestones.
• Ensure that startups create transactable offers in the Marketplace.
• Assist startups in meeting relevant incentives and utilizing Partner Center for managing joint customer opportunities.
• Prepare and educate startups on selling alongside the client and collaborating with its sales teams.
• Foster connections with field sellers and internal communities to enhance lead generation and expedite deal closures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee that portfolio build milestones are achieved.
• Execute the expected Rhythm of Business (ROB) as outlined in the program's onboarding agreement.
• Promote startup achievements throughout the company via newsletters, Win-Wires, community forums, and MBRs.
• 7–15 years of experience in marketing (GTM development), business development, partner management, and/or sales.
• Demonstrated success in creating Go-To-Market and business development strategies with early-stage companies and translating them into action.
• Proven track record of cultivating new businesses and establishing relationships with senior executives within partner organizations.
• Prior experience in cloud technology sales and development, or within an entrepreneurial or startup context, is highly advantageous.
• Strong networking skills between the client and strategic partners, with a verifiable network in the emerging technology ecosystem.
• Capable decision-maker with strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and follow-through abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing AI-enabled productivity, collaboration, and business systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with outstanding verbal and written communication, particularly with senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of the client's partner management and/or startup ecosystem.
• Exceptional cross-group collaboration skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously within a global team framework.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Loop, and Dynamics is preferred.
• Proven success in remote and globally distributed team settings.
