📋 Description

• Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to help students navigate their educational paths successfully.

• Assist with academic planning, establishing goals, managing time, utilizing campus resources, and implementing strategies for timely intervention.

• Facilitate connections between students and resources, providing assistance when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing student support services.

• Background in student success coaching in areas such as time management, goal setting, note-taking, budgeting, stress management, and career readiness.

• Access to a computer equipped with a webcam, a smartphone, and a stable, reliable internet connection.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with diverse communities.
