Substitute Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Deliver designated course material in a virtual setting

• Offer instruction, assistance, and guidance to learners

• Track student performance using Stride K12’s learning management system

• Engage in communication with parents and learning coaches

• Manage the grade book and uphold academic integrity

• Prepare students for high-stakes standardized assessments

• Travel as necessary for professional development and student evaluations

• Bachelor's degree

• Valid state teaching license

• Capacity to pass mandatory background checks

• Experience collaborating effectively with educators

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and educational platforms
