This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Creation and development of Protection and Control Drawings
• Substation Relay One-Line and Three-Line Diagrams
• AC/DC Schematics
• Layouts for Substation Panels
• SCADA and Communication Diagrams
• Collaboration with physical, settings, and drafting teams
• Analyze and integrate vendor information into design outputs
• Execute the company’s QA/QC procedures
• Ongoing enhancement of job-related engineering, technical, and professional expertise
• Associate's degree or High School Diploma
• Over 3 years of extensive wiring design experience
• Proficient in developing single lines, schematics, and relay panels
• More than 3 years of experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
• Knowledgeable in AC/DC control diagrams
• Capability to assist lead engineers with initial design specifications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word
• Familiarity with NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards
