This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Conduct 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily utilizing a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions by employing a “plug and play” method within the approved clinical modalities.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes effectively.
• Foster a positive, recovery-oriented atmosphere for members.
• Participate in local community outreach to advance the mission of the Groups.
• Master's degree is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience leading groups in a substance use disorder (SUD) setting.
• Preferred: Active behavioral health licensure such as ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW, or associate-level status with the capability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.
• High level of comfort with technology, including electronic medical records (EMR), telehealth software, Google products, and mobile applications.
• Demonstrated compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and dedication to member success.
• Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week until 9 PM as required.
• Preferred backgrounds, experiences, and skills include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Availability to work Tuesday–Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM EST.
