This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Conduct 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions each day utilizing a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions employing a “plug and play” methodology from approved modalities to align with members' needs while adhering to our clinical framework.
• Collaborate effectively with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Track member progress and document outcomes accordingly.
• Foster a positive, recovery-focused environment for members.
• Participate in local community outreach initiatives to advance the mission of Groups.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• An active behavioral health license in Kentucky, including but not limited to: LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPP, LPCC, LPCC-S, LPC, LCADC, with the capability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.
• At least two years of experience in leading group therapy within a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) setting.
• High proficiency with technology including EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile applications, and more.
• A strong sense of compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and dedication to member success.
• Availability to work 2-3 evenings per week until 9 PM as required.
• Additional preferred qualifications, experience, and skills encompass: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
