• Take ownership and enhance the subscriber lifecycle marketing calendar encompassing onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and renewal interactions.
• Create and oversee multi-channel automated subscriber workflows—email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages—utilizing platforms such as Klaviyo or Braze to ensure the right message is conveyed at each stage of the customer journey.
• Develop and implement onboarding initiatives that encourage early product usage and assist new subscribers in quickly recognizing value.
• Formulate and expand save, win-back, and loyalty initiatives aimed at reducing churn and re-engaging inactive subscribers through compelling, personalized communication.
• Collaborate with the Product team to effectively position subscription features, new tiers, and value-added content to the appropriate audience segments at optimal times.
• Create A/B testing programs for messaging, segmentation, timing, offers, and creative elements to continuously enhance subscriber engagement and retention results.
• Evaluate campaign performance, identify actionable trends, and convert subscriber data into strategic insights for the wider team.
• Work cross-functionally with lifecycle, analytics, product, and brand teams to ensure subscriber campaigns are well-coordinated, data-driven, and align with brand standards.
• Oversee campaign deliverables and assets across tools to maintain program timelines, consistency with Owlet's voice, and adherence to standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer or B2C marketing, preferably with direct involvement in subscription, membership, or recurring revenue models.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in executing cross-channel lifecycle campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Over 3 years of experience in audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and workflow automation within marketing platforms.
• Strong campaign planning and project management abilities; capable of managing a program from inception to deployment and everything in between.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration, comfortable working with product, brand, analytics, and growth teams.
• Exceptional writing and creative abilities; adept at identifying compelling messages, recognizing friction points, and enhancing subscriber experiences with innovative ideas.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Braze, or similar platforms; familiarity with HTML and CSS for email production is advantageous.
