Subrogation Claims Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Executes straightforward, non-technical claim-related tasks while adhering to established quality, productivity, and process benchmarks.

• Manages a single type of claim or a mix of claims across various segments.

• Provides empathetic service that is swift, equitable, and user-friendly to promote customer loyalty.

• Conducts clerical responsibilities, such as data entry, organizing paper files, managing emails and calendars, and word processing.

• Oversees claim files, which includes locating/requesting files and directing essential documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

• Prior experience in customer service, subrogation, and/or insurance is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with prompt follow-up capabilities.

• Effective oral and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel and Word applications.
