This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Conduct thorough field inspections, reviews, and adjustments efficiently and accurately to manage crop insurance policies.
• Ensure adherence to insurance laws and regulations to implement crop policies in a cost-effective manner.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships through prompt and precise policy services.
• Accurately document and process loss information to evaluate potential damages.
• Engage in quality control initiatives, audits, risk assessments, and field evaluations.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere by exemplifying cultural values and positively influencing colleagues.
• Assist in achieving business goals through quality control initiatives, audits, and risk assessments.
• Completion of secondary school certification.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License.
• CAPP Certification.
• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in the insurance sector.
• Familiarity with agriculture.
• Experience in farming practices.
