This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Conduct field inspections, reviews, and adjustments with accuracy and efficiency in order to manage crop insurance policies.
• Ensure adherence to insurance laws and regulations for the cost-effective application of crop policies.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships by providing timely and precise policy services.
• Accurately document and process loss information to evaluate potential damages.
• Engage in quality control activities, audits, risk assessments, and field evaluations.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by exemplifying cultural values and positively influencing colleagues.
• Assist in achieving business objectives through quality control efforts, audits, and risk assessments.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• CAPP certification.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Background in the insurance sector.
• Experience in the agricultural field.
• Familiarity with farming practices.
