Subject Matter Expert – Wholesale Trade, Commercial Sales (English/Urdu)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Urdu or English based on Indian operational contexts (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory coordination, client account management, technical product demonstrations, wholesale procurement workflows).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management.

• Assess responses generated by both AI and humans for factual accuracy, commercial relevance, customer service quality, and operational realism.

• Contribute to exemplary solutions that embody best practices in Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Urdu along with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant fields: Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of wholesale workflows, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and Indian commercial trade environments.
