Subject Matter Expert – Wholesale Trade, Commercial Sales, English/Tamil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create authentic Wholesale Trade scenarios in either Tamil or English, rooted in Indian operational frameworks (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory management, client account oversight, technical product presentations, wholesale procurement processes).

• Modify structured assessment rubrics for commercial problem-solving, customer interaction, sales operations, and order management activities.

• Evaluate both AI and human-generated responses for factual correctness, commercial significance, customer service excellence, and operational authenticity.

• Assist in developing "gold standard" solutions that embody the best practices within Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Tamil at a native level, along with strong professional English capabilities.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions: Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of wholesale processes, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and the Indian commercial trade landscape.
