Subject Matter Expert – Wholesale Trade & Commercial Sales, English/Punjabi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Punjabi or English that are rooted in Indian operational contexts (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory coordination, client account management, technical product demonstrations, wholesale procurement workflows).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management tasks.

• Assess AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, commercial relevance, customer service quality, and operational realism.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices in Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level Punjabi with a strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.

• In-depth understanding of wholesale workflows, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and Indian commercial trade environments.
