Subject Matter Expert – Wholesale Trade, Commercial Sales – English/Nepali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Nepali or English based on Indian operational contexts (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory coordination, client account management, technical product demonstrations, wholesale procurement workflows).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management tasks.

• Assess AI and human-generated responses for factual correctness, commercial relevance, customer service quality, and operational authenticity.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices in Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Nepali with strong professional command of English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.

• Background in one or more relevant areas: Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.

• In-depth understanding of wholesale workflows, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and Indian commercial trade environments.
