Subject Matter Expert – Wholesale Trade, Commercial Sales, English/Hindi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create authentic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Hindi or English that are based on Indian operational frameworks (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory management, client account oversight, technical product demonstrations, wholesale procurement processes).

• Modify established evaluation rubrics for tasks related to commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management.

• Assess responses generated by both AI and humans for accuracy, commercial relevance, customer service quality, and operational authenticity.

• Contribute to exemplary solutions that embody best practices in Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Hindi at a native level with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions: Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of wholesale processes, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and the Indian commercial trade landscape.
