Subject Matter Expert – Wholesale Trade & Commercial Sales, English/Gujarati

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create authentic Wholesale Trade scenarios in either Gujarati or English, rooted in Indian operational realities (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory management, client account oversight, technical product demonstrations, and wholesale procurement processes).

• Modify structured evaluation frameworks for tasks involving commercial problem-solving, customer interaction, sales operations, and order management.

• Assess responses generated by both AI and humans for factual correctness, commercial relevance, quality of customer service, and operational authenticity.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that exemplify best practices in Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Gujarati at a native level, with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.

• Experience in relevant roles such as Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of wholesale workflows, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and the Indian commercial trade landscape.
