Subject Matter Expert – Wholesale Trade & Commercial Sales, English/Assamese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Assamese or English, based on Indian operational contexts (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory coordination, client account management, technical product demonstrations, wholesale procurement workflows).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks involving commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management.

• Assess responses generated by AI and humans for factual correctness, commercial relevance, customer service quality, and operational authenticity.

• Contribute to exemplary solutions that embody best practices in Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Assamese at a native level, with strong professional skills in English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.

• Solid understanding of wholesale workflows, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and Indian commercial trade environments.
