Subject Matter Expert – Wholesale Trade & Commercial Sales, English/Arabic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in either Arabic or English, based on GCC operational contexts (such as order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory coordination, client account management, technical product demonstrations, and wholesale procurement workflows).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management activities.

• Assess AI-generated and human-produced responses for factual correctness, commercial relevance, customer service excellence, and operational authenticity.

• Participate in developing “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices in GCC wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Arabic (MSA) coupled with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant areas: Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.

• In-depth knowledge of wholesale workflows, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and the commercial trade environments within the GCC.
