Subject Matter Expert – Wholesale Trade, Commercial Sales, English, Malayalam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Malayalam or English that are rooted in Indian operational contexts (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory coordination, client account management, technical product demonstrations, wholesale procurement workflows).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management.

• Assess both AI-generated and human-generated responses for factual correctness, commercial significance, customer service standards, and operational authenticity.

• Assist in developing “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices within Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Malayalam at a native level with strong English language skills in a professional context.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions: Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.

• Robust understanding of wholesale workflows, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and the Indian commercial trade landscape.
