Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations, English/Punjabi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create authentic Retail Trade scenarios in Punjabi or English, based on Indian operational contexts (e.g., store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related activities.

• Assess responses generated by AI and humans for factual accuracy, adherence to policies, quality of customer service, and operational realism.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices within Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Punjabi at a native level with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experienced in one or more relevant roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• In-depth understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance processes, inventory management, and the Indian retail landscape.
