Subject Matter Expert – Professional, Scientific & Technical Services (English/German)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Professional and Technical Services in either German or English, based on German operational contexts (such as financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and compliance reviews).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics to assess analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks.

• Evaluate responses generated by both AI and humans for factual accuracy, adherence to professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices across German professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German with a strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in fields such as Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management.

• Experience in one or more relevant areas: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation.

• Comprehensive understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and the German business landscape.
